How Your Tribute Works

1. Choose a Style

Choose a photo tribute or bronze-style plaque and decide whether it is in honor or in memory of someone special.

2. Make a Donation

Complete a secure Givebutter donation and enter the honoree's name, your message, and permission to display.

3. Upload Photo & Review

If you chose a Photo Tribute, upload just your photograph in the pop-up after payment. Bronze plaques require no second form. The Foundation reviews each tribute before publication.

The Foundation may request edits or decline a tribute that does not align with its mission.
